GHP Statement on the death of her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth
We are deeply saddened to hear of the death of her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth. She reigned with exemplary dignity and commanded the respect of the British public and many across the world. As Head of State, she was an incredible role model in healthcare – most recently during the COVID-19 pandemic, she championed the medium of video communication to minimise physical contact, and publicised that she herself had received vaccination. Anyone working in the profession of pharmacy today, will have worked only under her reign.
We send our deepest sympathies to the Royal Family.
